Mooski is an emerging hip-hop/R&B/soul artist from Opp, Alabama. He’s currently signed to Capitol Records. In 2020, Mooski took the US by storm with his debut “Track Star.” It garnered millions of spins across Spotify, YouTube, and TikTok. It was certified Gold by the RIAA in May 2021. A remixed version of “Track Star” featuring Chris Brown, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, and Yung Bleu arrived in May 2021. Mooski was born Darien Hinton on June 11, 1997, in Opp, Alabama. He grew up in a religious household. Mooski has 3 siblings. Unfortunately, his dad passed away at some point. He was stationed at the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, North Carolina. During his tenure, he continued to work on his music skills. Following his departure from the Marine Corps, Mooski embarked on his musical journey. He has since found success using platforms such as TikTok and YouTube. In July 2019, Mooski released “Play You Part” alongside UnderGod Gwalla. Other 2019 releases include “Livid (Freestyle)”, “Crushin” and “Forever Girl.”

In 2021, Mooski leveled-up in a big way with the success of his hit song “Track Star.” On a side note, the track was actually released back in June 2020 via SoundCloud (11+ million spins). The relationship-centric track was produced by Dutch beatmaker Woodpecker. The official visual for Track Star graced YouTube on April 7, 2021. It was directed by BenMarc (VisionBank). Rapper Coi Leray played the leading lady “runner” in the visual. In January 2021, Mooski’s sophomore single “Game of Love” was released via Wealthy 4 Life Entertainment. He was later featured on StunnaC4’s song “Peak’N” opposite UnderGod Gwalla. Mooski signed to Capitol Records in April 2021.
