Lionel B is an American rapper/YouTuber from Panama City, Florida. He is currently an unsigned independent artist. His body of work includes popular songs like “The Way It Used To Be”, “High Life”, “Stuck In The Game”, and “Let Me Ride”. Since making his debut, he’s collaborated with E.D.I. Mean from Tupac‘s Outlawz group, Papa Duck, and several others.

Lionel B was born on January 12, 1980, in Panama City, Florida. Growing up between Florida and Italy, he attended various schools and when he wasn’t getting into scuffles with other students, he had a deep passion for art and music. He was a very smart student, but preferred parties over books. Lionel B got his first keyboard when he was around 12 and he would often sit in his room and remake popular songs he heard on the radio. After sharpening his craft, he got the call that they were interested in one of the tracks he submitted, and that lead to him producing his first major release entitled “Move Something”.

In 2009, Lionel B produced an R&B album for actress Lark Voorhies. She’s probably best known for her role on the NBC sitcom Saved by the Bell (1989-93). In 2020, Lionel B returned to the music scene with his debut single “The Way It Used To Be” featuring Papa Duck. The song garnered thousands of loyal listeners and paved the way for future bangers. Next, Lionel B connected with E.D.I. Mean on a single called “Let Me Ride.” The record didn’t disappoint. It served as an inspiration for the West Coast hip-hop music scene.
