Records and Strange Music. Given name Johnny Reed McKinzie, he was born on March 31, 1985 in Watts, Los Angeles, California. He grew up in the Nickerson Garden Projects; one of Los Angeles dangerous neighborhoods. He attended Locke High School and was constantly in trouble.
